Scope

The PDF Rafale Pro license is a perpetual, non-exclusive license for one user and up to three devices, allowing unlimited document generation.

Price and payment

Prices are in euros, VAT included. Card payments are processed by Stripe; a receipt is emailed. Businesses needing an invoice with their VAT number can request one at [email protected].

Delivery

The license key is displayed on screen immediately after payment and remains available through the confirmation link. If lost, it is resent on request to the email address used at checkout.

Withdrawal and refunds

Under Belgian law (Code of Economic Law, art. VI.53, 13°), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately with your prior express consent. Nevertheless, if the software does not work as described, we refund any license on request within 14 days at [email protected].

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Consumers may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Support and updates

Software updates are included. Support is provided by email.

Liability

The software is provided as is. You are responsible for the content of generated documents and their regulatory compliance.
